01General Terms

The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between every player ("player" or "you") who uses the jdbkxx platform ("platform") and jdbkxx ("we").

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We strongly encourage you to read them before proceeding. If you disagree with any section, please stop using the platform immediately.

Please read and understand this agreement before entering. This platform involves gaming, which carries the risk of financial loss. We expect all users to make informed decisions and engage responsibly.

02Entry Eligibility

By using the jdbkxx platform, you confirm that the following statements are true—

2.1 Age

You must be 21 or older to access this platform. If we determine that you are underage, your account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled at our discretion.

2.2 Location

It is your responsibility to verify that you are not accessing this platform from a region where online gaming is prohibited. While we take steps to block access from restricted areas, this does not replace your own responsibility to comply with local laws.

2.3 Personal Account

Each player may hold only one account, opened for personal use only. Opening an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2.4 Accurate Personal Information

The name, phone number, and payment details you provide at registration and during any subsequent verification must be accurate. Accounts registered with false information may be closed and any winnings forfeited.

03Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our Customer Support immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be blocked, and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided. We reserve the right to close accounts without prior notice if duplicates are detected.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request KYC documents (national ID, proof of payment) when a bonus is claimed, a withdrawal is requested, or suspicious activity is detected. If documents are not submitted within the agreed timeframe, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

3.4 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service and close accounts if we detect fraudulent behaviour, misuse of gaming bonuses, inappropriate conduct involving payment channels, or exploitation of game errors.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

jdbkxx supports the following payment methods for players in Myanmar—

• KBZPay — KBZ Bank mobile wallet
• Wave Money — Wave Money mobile financial service
• AYA Pay — AYA Bank digital payment

4.2 Deposit Requirements

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact Customer Support right away.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed after our review. Large withdrawal amounts or accounts with incomplete KYC verification may take longer to process.

4.4 Payment Responsibility

jdbkxx is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player. You must verify your account number before making any payment. Only transfers from your own bank account are accepted — payments from third parties cannot be processed.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbkxx offers a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to 200,000 Ks for players making their first deposit. For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → 30,000 Ks bonus → Total 50,000 Ks → wagering 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → 200,000 Ks bonus → Total 480,000 Ks → wagering 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks

5.2 Wagering (Play-through Requirement)

To withdraw bonus winnings as cash, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 20. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Which games count toward wagering for each bonus will be stated in the promotion announcement.
• Only play that matches the announced conditions counts toward wagering.
• If wagering is not completed within the bonus time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The ways to earn bonuses and the amounts may change — refer to the current promotions page.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If we suspect a bonus has been obtained in an improper way, we may review the account and block any winnings related to that bonus. After the bonus is cancelled, if any remaining balance exists (deposit funds only, excluding the bonus), it may be withdrawn.

06How to Play

6.1 Game Rules

Game types available on the platform include live casino (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette), slots, football betting (Sports Betting), crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, Plinko), and card games (Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D). Players must understand the rules before playing; we are not responsible for losses resulting from playing without understanding them.

6.2 Game Disputes

Game results are determined by the game software and database records. If there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the server records, only the server records will be considered valid.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any incorrect winnings resulting from a technical error in the game may be withheld, and only the correct winnings will be paid. If a player is found to have deliberately sought out and exploited a game software error to interrupt play, their winnings will not be paid and their account may be suspended.

6.4 Football Betting

Disputes regarding football betting results that differ from external sources may be submitted with supporting external data for review soon after the result. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the official result announcement — no disputes will be accepted after that period.

07Responsible Gaming

• Self-management tools (budget controls, session time limits)
• Self-exclusion — if you request it, your gaming activity can be paused temporarily or stopped permanently
• Players who show signs of gambling-related harm can be referred to external support organisations

Gambling carries a risk of loss — only play with money you can afford to lose. Play responsibly and within your limits — use by anyone under 21+ is strictly prohibited.

08Intellectual Property

The design, software, code, trademarks, graphics, and all content on the jdbkxx platform are protected by jdbkxx's intellectual property rights.

• Players may not download, copy, distribute, or claim ownership of any content from the platform.
• You may not use the platform's name to create external websites or run marketing activities.
• You may not reverse-engineer or tamper with the game software.

If any such violation is found, we will act in accordance with applicable law and the player's account may be immediately suspended.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jdbkxx is not liable for the following—

• Losses arising from gambling (the player is solely responsible for any and all losses)
• Errors in third-party game software beyond our control
• Losses resulting from login credentials shared by the player themselves
• Losses resulting from third-party access to an account
• Internet connection failures or hardware malfunctions on the player's device

For any decisions about your gameplay, rely on your own judgment and responsibility — submit final decisions to jdbkxx or handle bonus negotiations through Customer Support.

10Amendments and Closure

10.1 Service Suspension

If a breach of these terms is detected, we may suspend a player's access indefinitely without prior notice. Bonuses and unwagered winnings linked to the suspension may be forfeited; any remaining unwagered balance will be handled in accordance with our decision.

10.2 Player-Requested Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming support, players may request a temporary or permanent block on their own account through Customer Support. We treat all self-exclusion requests as a priority.

10.3 Website Changes

We may add or modify games, services, payment methods, and other features with or without prior notice, and we cannot guarantee that the website will remain available for any specific period.

11Agreement Updates

jdbkxx reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
